A Little About Me, Stephanie

Hi! I’m a Texas girl, from here in Houston, but have lived in what I lovingly call the “trifecta” of Houston, Dallas and Austin.  Of course I landed back home so I could be near my family, which is super important to me. Going to school at UH, Go Coogs!, for Industrial Design, I never had any plans to be a photographer. Well, life interveined and God showed me what I was supposed to be doing. Spreading joy by making memories with my camera for my family and yours. I am proud to be the principal photographer and product designer at Atascocita Photography. I hope you enjoyed viewing my portrait and wedding photography portfolios.  I love sharing my love of photography with other parents and aspiring photographers through classes and mentoring. When I’m not at a portrait session or photograhing a wedding, you’ll find me editing photos with a good cup of coffee ( or two ), spending time with my family, spoiling my yorkie, or shopping for my next pair of sparkle shoes.

Why I started Atascocita Photography

Starting Atascocita Photography was the realization of a lifelong dream to design a product that will bring joy to all who see and use it. From carefully gluing together a puzzle as a gift for my mother when I was in the first grade or designing the latest handbag or shoe for Fossil or Elaine Turner it has always been a joy to see people using and enjoying something I had created. This is why at Atascocita Photography I love to turn your photos into gorgeous albums, wall galleries, acrylic prints, canvas wraps, jewelry, and home decor that will be future family heirlooms. Atascocita Photography can also custom design and professionally print announcements, greeting cards, invitations, and save the date cards with elegant finishes on luxury papers.

About Atascocita Photography

Atascocita Photography is available locally to locations in Atascocita, Kingwood, Humble, The Woodlands and The Greater Houston Are. We are  also available for travel for weddings as well.  Please contact Atascocita Photography for details on travel to your destination wedding or special event.

Do you want to plan your session for an urban style in downtown Houston, a vintage look in downtown Humble, or a garden look at one of my favorite local spots in Atascocita? I would love to explore the city we grew up in and would love to develop a portrait session at one of those locations for you.
