Stephanie, Photographer

I’m so glad you found Atascocita Photography! I’m Stephanie, a Houston wedding and portrait photographer located in a little (but ever-growing) corner of Houston, TX called Atascocita. In 2004, I photographed my first high school senior, just for fun. Little did I know that this creative outlet would turn in to Atascocita Photography- where I get to document your newborn babies and their first year birthdays. Where I get to follow my high school seniors to their wedding day! We have so much fun together along the way! Take a look around my site and view my featured sessions below. I can’t want to share my love of photography with you!

The Atascocita Photography Story and A Little About Me, Stephanie

Hi, I’m Stephanie, the photographer behind Atascocita Photography! I’m a Texas girl, from here in Houston, but have lived in what I lovingly call the “trifecta” of Houston, Dallas and Austin.  Of course, I landed back home so I could be near my family, which is super important to me. Going to school at UH, Go Coogs!, for Industrial Design, I never had any plans to be a photographer. Well, life interveined and God showed me what I was supposed to be doing. Spreading joy by making memories with my camera for my family and yours. I am proud to be the principal photographer and product designer at Atascocita Photography. I hope you enjoyed viewing my portrait and wedding photography portfolios.  I love sharing my love of photography with other parents and aspiring photographers through classes and mentoring. When I’m not at a portrait session or photograhing a wedding, you’ll find me editing photos with a good cup of coffee ( or two ), spending time with my family, spoiling my yorkie, or shopping for my next pair of sparkle shoes.
