We create outdoor and studio sessions that result in beautiful photographs, digital images and wall art of your home.

   Houston child + baby photographer, Atascocita Photography is a nationally published photography studio based in Northeast Houston, where we create modern yet classic child portraits that highlight the growth of families across generations. At Atascocita Photography we believe child photography has the power to build confidence. Displaying photos of your children in your home is very important. Displaying portraits of your child in your home reminds them every time they walk into the room how proud their parents are of them. Houston children’s photographer: Atascocita Photography, is dedicated to designing a photography experience that each family will remember as a highlight and special memory they were able to make together. We have many options to customize your session for your children. Popular milestones for your baby are three, six, and nine months of age. Traditionally a photoshoot with a “cake smash” is done in honor of the first birthday. We also photograph children after they turn one and through school age.  Choose from a sunset session at the park or portraits at our beautiful photography studio- let us make a memory for the newest generation of your family today! Q. How long will my child or baby portrait session be?
A. The most popular session for children is 1 hour. We also have options for 1 child starting at 30 minutes.
Q. How much will my child + baby portraits cost?
A. The total will be comprised of two parts- your session fee and your image order. We don’t have a min. order. Sessions for your child starts at $50 and digital images start at $150. pricing info
Q. Can I get the digital files?
A. Of course! You’ll get to view all your images and select your favorites to order as digital files or printed images. We also have discounts if you’d like to have them all!
Q. Do you have packages?
A. Yes, this Houston child and baby photographer offers digitals with print release in quantity discounted packages starting at 5 images. We have a la carte prints and products as well as packages if you prefer. It’s totally up to you.
Q. I want to go somewhere special for my child’s portrait session, can we?
A. Great! As a Houston children’s photographer, I love shooting in new locations! Tell Stephanie so we can plan accordingly for the session schedule. I also love shooting at my favorite park and in the Atascocita Photography studio!
Q. Can I print the digital files I order?
A. Yes! Digitals come in a few sizes and include a print release. View our pricing page for details. Please ask if you have any questions.
Q. Can my personal hair and makeup artist come along on the photo shoot?
A. Absolutely, I would love to have them join us. Please let Stephanie know so you can plan for extra hair and makeup time in the session schedule.
Q. What time of day will my session be?
A. When booking a studio session, you can choose any time of day. For an outdoor session, golden hour- 1-1.5 hours before sunset is best.
Q. When will I get to see my family pictures?
A. Your proofing gallery will be ready about 1 week after your child + baby session for you to Ooo and Aaa over!
Q. How can I share my images with my friends?
A. Any digital images ordered may be shared on social media or used in your announcements. If you order a full digital collection you also will receive a custom app with ALL your proof images on it! Share away! Don’t forget to tag @atascocitaphoto on Instagram and @atascocitaphoto and on Twitter!
Q. I want an on-location session, can you do that?
A. Yes, we can have your session indoors at a location that is special to you. Please let the photographer know if you want a session in a unique location.
